Yesterday we went to Tulsa to see the Solar Impulse 2 - the first solar panel plane to fly around the world. Pretty cool, but what I was more excited about was sneaking in a 9 minute photoshoot with my little ones.
The Tulsa airport has an awesome, colorful wall by it's departure area, and I have been wanting to take pictures of my kids there so I thought this was a great opportunity. Why only 9 minutes? Because we were parked in a firelane behind a police car... we hurried.
My kids were tired from a day of go go going with no naps - but I bribed them with Skittles and I couldn't be happier with the results. Lots of smiles and no whining!
KAIRI: She's kind, smart, helpful and 7 years old. She likes knowing the plan with all the information - and don't change it. She loves routine and traditions. She is the best big sister; she watches after her brothers like a little mama. Her mommy and sister are her best friends. She loves, loves, loves being around all of her family. She likes doing cartwheels and hula hooping. She likes Shopkins and watching cartoons. She is quiet around others, but at home loves the attention and all eyes on her. No longer "Sissy," but likes to be called Kai now.
BRAYCE: My loving, giving, funny, sensitive 5 year old. She likes watching movies and is my best sleeper. She does anything big sister does. She is my think outside the box girl with a fun style. She is messy. She would give you the shirt off her back. Always so quick to say "love ya" and give big kisses.
ZEKE: My fun loving, funny, ornery, sweet 2 year old boy. ALL BOY. He is a climber with no fear. He gets hurt at least once a day, and bounces back within a minute. (Just as I was typing this he tripped and hit his face on the fireplace and got a bloody nose. He's back to playing.) He loves his brother and sisters and is loved back by them. He likes milk and "tookies" (cookies). He is just downright awesome. He is a special little boy. My favorite thing to do is put him to bed and sing Jesus Loves Me with him. It's precious.
PARKER: 10 months old is a fun age. He's happy. He sleeps more - even though he likes to wake up at 6AM. He loves his siblings. He's squishy. He crawls and is everywhere. He likes the tupperware drawer. His smile lights up my world.
I love you sweet babies and I am so thankful that God chose me to be your momma!!!
