Less for the Dress: Week 2


There was pros and cons to this week. during the week i did great! exercised everyday and ate according to my WW plan. Friday night and Saturday no exercise and over ate. In the past I have always sabotaged myself on the weekends. So my goal this week is to do better ALL week long. (On a side note - it was my "time of the month" and I have never lost weight well on that week.)
so only down 1 pound this week. :(
