Less for the Dress: Week 1

We've started a weight loss (competition) support group on facebook - Less for the Dress. This is my week 1 photo.

However, I did lose 2.8 pounds this past week! I stayed on track with my eating every day! and I ran every day but on Sundays! I am on Week 3 Day 2 of C25k!
